    I have been using aol since 1996. But not its so much trashy . All my emails goes directly to the trash . I never get in to my file for new mail. I have to dig trash to see my important mail.

    I still don't have an old email folder and if I change to the mode where I do have an old email folder then my emails disappear before I can read them. Are the AOL programmers happy with this?

    Why do emails from Conservative and Republican sources go to my Spam folder while those from Liberal and Democratic sources go to my Inbox? Kind of fishy, don't you think? And please don't blame your screening algorithms. People develop algorithms, so your developers must be showing their bias. Do you have the guts and integrity to address this?

    What happened to my aol it’s ruined, UN useable, I don’t know what to do now, didn’t want anything changed, put it back. Tell me how to go back.
    I don’t want to be forced to get a different mail but what choice do I have now.
    I beg you please give me instructions how to go back.
    You didn’t even give warning or ask permission just went and ruined it

    Had to change password words and spend over an hour trying to figure out what you did to my aol login and I still can’t use the app on my phone what the heck am I paying you for fix this.tell that person that customers like to know what’s happening my time is worth money to

    Aol continues to make really bad decisions, and with each change made, the program and app is less friendly and riddled with problems.aol programmers are board, so they play with an app at our expense. Leave the app alone.....listen to your customers and put your egos in check
