PLEASE do something about SPAM
I receive at least 60 spams every day. Most are repeated several times. PLEASE ADD A CATEGORY TO DELETE SPAM ALL AT ONE TIME rather than having to delete one at a time. In fact if you guys can't correct this I'm not even gonna bother with the SPAM BOX. In 3 days time I received over 178 and naturally I had to delete one at a time. THATS BULLSHITT. I'm not even gonna check my SPAM box and just let it build up

Work on protecting my site I get advertisement all the time and lot of them are very nasty
Find out how you can stop advertisement and very nasty thing that comes up on my phone and my wife phone to we are Christian people we don’t won’t this on our phone

Get a good ITCompany. And stop trying to be cute and keep it clean and simple.
Trash can emoji disappears in and out at its will. I haven’t seen one positive reply here. Get a good IT company. I’ve been with AOL since start. It just gets worse every day.

New e-mail, once read, goes into old mail.
If I want new mail to go into old mail, I will put it there. Do NOT want program to automatically do it. If I want it deleted or saved or left in new mail, have to go extra step of going into old mail. Go back to old program.

Block spam
It should be a lot easier to block spam emails..why cant there be an option to select block sender

Spam filter sucks
Why bother having an option to identify emails as spam if your service never does anything about the emails/senders I've marked as spam? Seriously, I get 2-5 emails A DAY for some stupid Camp Lejeune Lawsuit Phishing *. Each time, to I mark it as spam. And everyday, another half dozen with the same *. Fix this.

Blocking spam by word?
Any way we can just have word automatically blocked? I sent a few of the worst offenders to the recently deleted folder but I really don’t want to see them at all and just have them autodelete. I am contemplating just deleting this address permanently.

Bring back the older, user friendly email formatting!
Could you explain why, when I send an email to a recipient, and to myself as a "CC", I never get the CC back? I do this when attempting to maintain a "paper trail" for certain correspondence.

I am having a lot of difficulty seeing new mail old mail mail unread but didn’t get to answer yet then it is gone !!!
I can’t stand new Aol format.. needs to be revised. and make more user friendly. This is making me rethink using Gmail Heard Gmail better and more user friendly. I am having difficulty locating my emails from 3 days ago and further on my phone without having to go to Aol app!!!

When I mark my mail as “keep as new” or “unread” it does not work!
When I click into an email and go to the bottom to the three dots and click “mark as unread”, when I go back to my mailbox the email is GONE! I tried this several times and I am upset because there is a lot of important things that I need to keep! I also found that if I check the box to the left of the email it says “keep as new” so I tried that and also clicked into the email and again, when I clicked out it was gone! Highly unsatisfied.

Your lack of SPAM management is atrocious. It’s the reason why I don’t use AOL except legacy emails. They will soon be gone and so will AOL.
Block spam like Gmail does. AOL sgould be ashamed of yourselves.
