  5. Make it easy to to receive new email.

  7. Get my New Mail sent to New Mail and not Trash

    New Mail has been going directly to Trash. I resent having to pay AOL to correct this. How do I get New Mail going to New Mail instead of Trash?

    On mobile, there seems to be NO way to view the email address of the person who sent you an email. That makes it very difficult to determine if something is an illegitimate scam.

  9. Mail won’t download

    Mail won’t download from the server constantly. So frustrating. You can see new emails in your inbox but when you click on them they cannot be downloaded.

    Where the **** are my new emails? Nothing comes to my in box at all. Previously all emails started going to my spam box. Since January 2021 I don’t even get emails in there!

  13. Where does my received email went?

    Hi,

    I don’t know where my previous email from July went. I can’t seems to find them without deleting any of my email. I want you folks to restore back my emails and fix any bugs stopping my mail box from getting emails.

  14. Serious problems using AOLmail on my phone.

    I have used AOL mail for years. Suddenly I have serious problems. Every time I click on a new email, instead of opening it, the software now PERMANENTLY deletes the email. I have completely lost three work emails before I could open them and read them.

    This is not happening on my laptop. Don’t blame my phone. It’s your software that has changed.

    Help says to use Options to unblock sender. I can’t find an Options setting anywhere in my account. I can’t find any instructions that apply to the settings available to me.

  16. This format is a disaster. Important emails from Drs & portals for medical treatment not being received.Change it back to old format.

    Change back to old format. I'm not getting many of my new emails. Need for communication from medical portals regarding my treatment. This is a disaster.
