Deal with the time lag between images and text in the headlines
When scrolling through the headlines the images appear straightaway but the text associated with the image can take up to 15 seconds to display; the text from the previous image remaining visible for the whole of that time. In the past the reverse problem sometimes occurred and it took some time for the images to display which is more understandable. The images and associated text need to be locked together.

How dare you impose your videos on me. They overlay everything else I try to do.
Take down compulsory videos. They are obtrusive and unwanted and difficult to turn off.

stop video running without my consent.
Cant use search button when video is paused as it is blocked by your pop up. Cant stop video running. It even runs when I am using something else like youtube. so annoying. and the music is awful.

stop using inappropriate pictures, misleading the public
Your picture showing two elderly ladies wearing masks. This picture should never have been used as they are not wearing their protective masks properly. Their noses are NOT covered. I see so many people wearing masks in an inappropriate way and this is setting a BAD example.

Allow me to organise my mail folders the way I want
the reason I don't use the AOL app to manage my e mail is because it doesn't allow me to organise my mail folders within other mail folders, eg mail from individuals belonging to one organisation all stored within a single folder named for that organisation, in subfolders named for each individual. Outlook on my PC lets me use my AOL mail this way, as does my android phone, my iphone, my macbook pro.... Whilst the AOL App just lists all the names alphabetically. And now you are going to make it more difficult if not impossible for me to…

Stop fecking changing things
4 times this year you have changed log in. Started with Facebook, then to AOL email, then back to facebook, now to this new one that doesn't let you sign in, "Sign in to discuss" you click it nothing. You have to type a message then click sign in, it reloads the page, deletes your message, still can't sign in. Yet I see the trolls of AOL have managed it.

Your reporting, in my opinion, is negative and not helpful. A couple in the early days of marriage and parenthood do not need constant griping from the media. Give them a break!
