1. PLEASE increase the blocked email addresses from a limit of 1000 to a limit of 2000

   to just delete spam emails does not stop them from resending more emails . to go through each email in spam and mark unsubscribe does no stop the emails . However in AOL Gold if I right click on the email address of the sender the pop up allows me to have the email address added to the blocked email address list . this is the only thing that works effectively . yesterday I had over 500 spam emails . I was going through and right clicking and adding the emails to the blocked email list . I have 275 more to go. Now Im being told there is an error . upon investigation I saw that the blocked email list has a limit !!! it is 1000 and I am at the limit . I do not want to mark only receive emails from my contacts and send the rest to spam . I will miss out on work emails sent to me by people who are not in my contact list. I do not want to set up a filter to send them to trash and they will be removed after 7 days. I want the spam emails to stop and with the 1000 limit you have taken away the only thing that worked to stop them. PLEASE adjust the programming to raise the limit of the blocked email addresses to 2000 or make it unlimited . PLEASE ! I make maybe 1 internet purchase a year. I constantly clear the browser settings and constantly do a disc clean . I have shut down every privacy option I can find to limit my exposure for marketing etc. My phone number is on record with vulcan 7 to not sell my info. The exposure of the spam emails is concerning and I want to have the tried and true ability to add the email addresses to the blocked email address reinstated . My AOL gold was down for a few weeks and I just had it restored yesterday. I had an emergency surgery and did not have my computer with me to attend to the spam email addresses and they escalated to over 500 in 3 weeks time . aol via my cell and firefox DOES not have the right click and can add to the blocked email address. ONLY aol Desktop gold has this feature . Please make this change and if anything you can add it as another benefit feature for aol desktop gold . The hoursI have spent on this are astronomical. Thank you for looking into this and I am anticipating that a change can take place very quickly and in turn myself and many others will have a reasonable tool to combat repetitive spam emails . the spamers already have the program that if we open the email they distribute my email address to their minions because now they have a validated email . to have the ability to not open the email and to send the address to the blocked email list protected me . 2. Do not put disgusting videos of octopi or bugs in the "IN THE KNOW"

   All day I've had to hold my hand up to the screen, blocking that disgusting octopus video. Since we can't close it, don't put anything revolting there. Fun stuff about kids, pets, recipes, etc are OK, but not disgusting !

4. Why do I have to delete spam twice in AOL? After delete it once, it should be deleted not go in to delete again

   All you have to do, it is simple. Make spam go away when I delete all in spam postings. Is this really that hard for AOL to re-program this task? Why do I have to delete in spam menu and again shows up in delete again?

    To have an honest debate about gun violence all the evidence needs to be seen. Pictures of the crime scene and victims need to be available to the public. Without the pictures, the crime itself isn't real it's something you hear about but it goes away because there isn't an image to call to mind. I read about what an AK 47 rifle can do but I've never seen it. Kind of like the situation at the border. Until you see the mass influx of illiegal immigrants acually climing the fence or running through fields it's not real. But it becomes real when you see the pictures or video.
