Cut out the Political Bias
AOL is so obviously biased politically that I rarely even read your newsfeeds anymore. Please consider not pushing your agenda and start giving balanced information without trying to sway people to your way of thinking. Facts only. Our President, whoever they are, have been voted in by the people and should be treated with respect, not bashed. I am seriously thinking about changing my email provider.

Please return the mail format to the way it was before you started putting the, supposed, last name first in the message header. I
Last name first is ok sometime but changing the sender’s name order is a useless change. Why did you even bother?

Clean up the coding for the comments section
AOL has added so many unnecessary items to the news comment section that it takes up too much bandwidth and crashes my computer. It is happening to lots of other people as well. Every "upgrade" aol makes only causes the pages to load more slowly or not at all. Your designers and coders are doing a horrible job. If anyone was actually testing these "upgrades," they would find that they make things worse, not better. If aol had excellent coders, they would clean up the mess and get rid of superfluous and redundant code instead of adding new things that…

Worst Customer Service that I've entered encountered.
I've been an AOL customer for 25 years and have always had an excellent experience with their help and support. Well, until yesterday, that is. I called in for a very simple billing issue (needed to change the credit card that my account billed to each month) and reached Jessie in Customer Service. She was absolutely horrible - rude, unhelpful and incompetent. It was some of the worst customer service that I've ever encountered. She was not able to help me with this simple task and it was very apparent that she had no idea what she was doing. I…
