  2. Be specific as to why our comments were rejected on news articles, give us a list of what words we cant use

    I've been rejected many times, I feel there may be words and or punctuation that triggers my rejections, I've seen many comments that were way more negative than mine, and the post was excepted.
    The rules AOL has published are open to interpretation, we do not think as a unit. Spell it out for us. apparently your censers or whatever program you are using to reject do not interpret the comments with equality.

  5. I am not sure if I am posting in the right place about placing a complaint about the aol boards

    Explain why in detail as to what the problem is and if a person fixes what he/she thinks is wrong ex I was messaged not accepted for putting s*** I didn 't know you couldn't use the first letter of the word and asterisk the rest so I appeal it and no explanation why you get appeal denied you people need to be more specific especially if a person does a long post and hits send only to be rejected let him/her copy the post so that they can fix the problem if you tell them exactly what the problem…

    Go back to old email version. I can't stand this new format. You have to go through multiple steps to embed a photo and I still haven't figured out how to add a new contact once they've sent me a message. Enough to make me go to gmail!

You're already passe and this will be my nail in your coffin if it doesn't stop. You review regularly? Bu t not all! So another lazy lapse leading to the downfall of a once great service!!!!
