Improve your Help Center
Cut down on the outside noise in the Help Center and get techs who can actually help. The one I had a couple of days ago, I couldn't understand his name, or most of everything he said -- what it boiled down to was it wasn't a problem with AOL -- it was my equipment. WRONG. Reclaiming email username
If people have an email that they have not signed into in over a year ( say if this email is being used for a software login or Apple ID), the email name should still be available for the owner to reclaim by showing proof that they are in fact the account holder.
Many people have multiple emails and some don't get check as often but are still being used for software or other logins.

Please fix the ads that go black while playing on games.com
For the last three days while playing live on backgammon and just words, when the ad comes on the area goes black and does not reload the game. You can hear your opponent roll the dice, but the top that says games will reload after ad, it stays black. Lost a lot of points trying to make this work. Updated softwear, cleared history and cache, but got nothing but a 0 score on game. Contacted Masque first and they said they are responsible for games and chat. Why am I seeing Joe Biden advertisements every time I open my email. I pay AOL for my service. So either show equal support or I will move on to some other service. I have been with AOL for many years. I do not like media picking a side and only show one side. I do not use AOL news page now because of that.
