Some stories are opening for comment while others or not. It would appear that some controversial stories are a push for only one-sided viewpoints. That goes against journalistic standards’

Why don't you reinstate people who are banned.
I would like to know why it takes so long to get an answer to why your comments are rejected. I have called AOL not know that Yahoo is responsible for this. I pay for your service and I find that it now has no way to take care of their customers. Why doesn't Yahoo lift the rejected customers, I would like an answer. This is the 2nd time I am giving feedback and 6th time I have spoken to reps from AOL. I still don't know why I am rejected.

Consider a more moderate approach to reporting news.
You can improve your product by posting moderate and conservative views on your news stories. We conservatives may actually read your posts if they represented at least neutral viewpoints. Your left-wing ***** prompts me to disregard any of your news posts and seriously consider another email service. Surely someone on your staff recognizes this bias and recommends a more moderate approach to your reporting.
