  4. Ad about cheap car insurance for cars driven under 50 miles a day is false/misleading

    AOL should make an effort to avoid running false/misleading ads. There is currently an ad on AOL that says "[Name of state where AOL User Lives]: New Policy For Cars Driven Under 50 Miles/Day." It sounded like a scam so I did a quick check on Snopes, which confirmed this ad, and others like it, are at best, misleading. Illinois has not adopted any policy of the sort. AOL should not be engaging in any action that helps spread misinformation. I understand you get paid to run ads of this sort, but you should not willfully turn a blind eye…

  5. AOL needs to trouble shoot issues with email

    I am fed up with AOL. For the third time this year I have had to go to tech help to have all my saved mail restored after it randomly disappears. This has happened before in the past and most recently happened with my mom's account as well. The only way I can get my mail back is to pay AOL's "ransom" fee to be able to even communicate with an agent beyond the entry level customer service help line.   6. Give McAfee back to AOL subscribers, who have been with you for 20 or more years.

    I have been with AOL for 16 years and all that time I had McAfee
    through AOL all that time , now I get notice I am no longer covered
    by McAfee to protect my computer and my online security. WHY?

    This guy is a raging lunatic! Keep him from posting his manifestos and report him to the authorities, he is definitely off his rocker and dangerous. Tried to report him to AOL support via email, but they are no longer taking email because of Covid.....whatever that means....they can work at home.

    do not show local news without paying extra to read local topics are shown but can not read unless pay extra Show local news that can be read- ie road closures the Atlantic City Press is not worth paying for so why do you always give topic that can not be read without paying AC Press
