2. In Mail, Move that idiot "<n> messages selected" box out of the "Delete" !!!!

   The frickin message box overlays the frickin' Delete and has to be closed every frickin' time before messages can be deleted from any folder including the firkin Trash!! Mofos!!

4. software fault, Originals of Inbox emails are overwritten by Draft Responses.

   If I open an email, draft a response, then save that to "Drafts", the original of the email in the inbox is amended as well. I cannot get back to the original text (all the headers and etc are deleted) . This is (seems like) a logical and design error. Capacity to retrieve the original should be restored.

   And while I am at this, I gather there are 1335 existing ideas to try and add this one to. I have reviewed 400 of these and found nothing similar. Putting the dates on comments, and the capacity to sort on them, might be helpful. Because most of the 1335 are pleas to go back to the old Classic software. Which did work well. A date sort might help filter those out?

6. Get control of the ads.

   Get control of the ads. Why must I delete the same ad 3 times consecutively to make it go away? I just deleted another ad at least six times before it went away. Odds are it will pop back up later.

10. Yahoo, who I have no accounts with, is using a Gmail back up for AOL mail & adding it into all files in YAHOO!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS

    Yahoo is phishing,using my AOL contacts and recovery emails to add to their files that I HAD DOWNLOADED! My info , not given to yahoo, I have NO account with yahoo is now packed with files with my info and I CAN'T GET RID OF IT! Will have to scrub AOL,lose that email of umpteen years and consider Yahoo to be malware. Someone needs to take this serious, yahoo has gone too far. Again,I HAVE NO ACCOUNTS WITH YAHOO. if this is what AOL/YAHOO/ETC is doing now,thy will be reported and I will do a full deletion.I'm disgusted at this unethical action and cannot get it to stop.

14. Ever since you started with pestering me to stop my ad blocker getting into my E-mail has gotten more difficult!

    Recently getting into my e-mail has become increasingly more difficult. Your confirmation system does not call my cell phone most of the time either for a text message or a call. The only way I can get into my e-mail is to have the system call my land line. I don't even want a confirmation system. My password is complex enough. I would be willing to bet I never get an answer or a fix.

15. Get rid of pop-up that says how many mail items I just selected. It blocks the delete button

    Very annoying. I normally select all the mail I want to delete and then press the delete button. But now there is a pop-up that says how many items I just selected (which I don't need) and it blocks the delete button (which I do need). super annoying, totally unnecessary, and a waste of time. Get rid of it, or at least move it to a different location

18. passkey password requirement on Mac is annoying

    When signing into AOL using Passkeys on my Mac, I am prompted to enter my full Mac password instead of using Touch ID. This reduces the convenience and feels redundant, especially when the same Passkey login on iPhone/iPad uses Face ID or Touch ID smoothly.

    Please consider updating AOL’s passkey implementation to fully support biometric-only authentication where supported by the OS. This would align AOL with best-in-class login experiences.

19. Turn off multiple accounts on sign-in

    Since you will not accept direct emails, I am composing this in lieu of not being sure HOW I can send it until I get to that point of sending it. I’ve been ignoring the opening pleas for disabling your Ad blocker, but the current situation of having account names visible upon signing on has push me to the point of addressing these issues.

    One, it is not personal….I don’t want to see anyone’s ads. As far as I am concerned they are an annoyance! If “I” want, “I” will search, I don’t need them shoved down my throat every time I sign on.

    Two, In recent times, you have displayed a method of singing on using fingerprint, etc.. I’ve ignored that each time, because I would feel uncomfortable using it. Now, you have a list of account names, leaving only the password to sign in. I have 4 sub-accounts & am perfectly capable of inserting the account name & password on my own. This despite that fact that “I” am a household of ONE & the only ONE that has access to my computer, I STILL NO NOT want to have accounts so readily available. Therefore, I clicked on the Three dots on one to have it removed, then attempted to sign in using that account, mainly to see IF I had access. I was greeted with words to the affect that it wasn’t valid. It sent me in a panic until I saw the little blue words ‘sign in’. I entered the account name, then password & got in. The point being, there was NO EXPLAINATION of what would happen ‘IF’ the account was removed from that space!

    You, like HP, Microsoft, keeping changing what ‘we’ have to deal with without a word. Back in May, HP sent an update & like most others, it was accepted, EXCEPT it appeared ‘IT’ though I had Windows 11 on my PC. I had Windows 10. That update relatively shut me down as I had no control over the PC. Just because 11 is the norm, it doesn’t mean the whole world has it. After about 2 weeks I acquire a sub-reliable PC with Windows 11, just to get on board again. I still have my Windows 10 PC. Through some recovery process, I have it working, but far from what I was. This Windows 11 PC is a piece of !@#%^, but it works.

    I knew & accepted the point of having to get a new PC with Windows 11, but AGAIN I didn’t need it shoved down my throat. That is precisely WHY I hadn’t gotten one sooner, the fact that it would be a new process to learn, & would take time. By having the Windows 10 PC working, that could have been accomplished in time…..not over night in a panic!
