  1. AOL probably ought to have an easy way to report fraudulent advertising. Some companies use spoof@companyname.com or the like.

    I saw an ad for https://memorialstamps.com on "Today on AOL" and thought it looked too good to be true. But I tried ordering 300 stamps for $81 since it did have the https:// of a secure website but the payment was declined. I called my credit card company and they said there was an attempted charge for $81 originating somewhere in Asia, definitely, but I think they said Hong Kong. They said it looked like clothing not stamps and was evidently fraud and that it had been declined. I am thankful that they pay attention to attempted fraud.

  7. How about AOL stop acting like the Gestapo and stop preventing free speech? That is guaranteed by the First Amendment of this country.

    Allow free speech in all its glory! If you don't like it -- tough, come back at me with something that makes you feel better. Until then the First Amendment is tantamount over you.
