   My only one AOL Calendar under my PinkieDebbie@aol.com. I do not want to add outlook, cloud, or any else in my computer

   This should be my private AOL, my right and my security.

   More secure login for AOL sign in like Username and passwords! Guarantee!

2. Add contact! Add address and email address!

   I want to add contacts to add address and email address!

   What happened to my contacts? I found out that it is all gone in my address book and phone numbers. It would be added to an email book.

   So there are two separate books!

   Address book include phone number and email address.

   Email book! It is easy to read all list of people's home and work emails all at once. For an example: PinkieDebbie@aol.com No add name and last name! So I can click email address to transfer to my email to anyone I know and I am able to send it.

   Click email address and it is done!

   No background in my writing emails!

   Color letters and different underlines!

   Just include bold, fonts, etc.

   Few yellow face smiles and solid color smiles! It is simple.

   I do not want to have many face smiles.

   Spelling!

   Let me choose my own personal and features in my compose!

   CC to whoever I want to note that it should be send emails. Click email and done!

3. draft emails!

   I have a hard time dealing with drafts emails.

   I typed email to the friend. It should not go to the draft even when I did not click so it would go to draft and anyone could edit it while I typed my email. I do not understand why it is already in draft and I am puzzled most of the time. I do often have two emails - one already in my draft and to someone. It is not right to do that way. Therefore, I am scared that anyone would edit without my permission and change the way I said. I feel like people read our conversation and it should be my privacy and they could edit without my knowledge. I am scared of draft and it should be my security and guarantee.

   If I typed and I decided to click draft and I can always edit the way I want to say in emails. It is always in my own words and I tried to read and know how I said in emails to anyone I know. I can rewrite in drafts and want to be sure that I want to say right to the people before sending to the right person and make that person smile and happy. Allright! Allright! Allright!

4. Calendar not working- Oops Calendar couldn't load

   When trying to access the AOL Calendar from aol.com I receive the following error: Oops Calendar couldn't load.
   When accessing the calendar to see it fully from: Open full calendar button- I can see it properly but on the website it is not working at all.
   Tried to follow all the steps on help.aol.com and spoke with the agent from the Tech Department and nothing worked.

6. Group lists are gone and missing

   Group lists are missing and whenever I tried to create a new one the ADG will crash even after we update the program. we also try to TS the ADG also using the webmail but same issue after we create the group list it will be gone after we refresh the page.

   AOL and all areas. Comment:
   Your company is quite biased. Due to the extreme views that your company presents, I am searching for a new e-mail provider, and once I find it, I will be terminating my account. I have been with your company AOL for over 20 years and I know about changing with the times, but undesirable parts of the times you are attempting to desensitize people is what I am concerned about. 8. Go back to the basics

   Get your programmers to go back to the basics. In trying to keep up with others or add something new AOL is not working correctly, duplications galore and it is not as user friendly as it used to be. I have been on AOL since it's inception was on Compuserve before AOL. The last few years AOL is going down as far as content, layout, user friendly and commenting on article ease. If you can't lead the pack be the best at the back of the pack.

11. Have a separate ADs only section on AOL. We are tired of being interupted everywhere by ADs.

    If those that want ADs they will have their place to go, while others can have AOL as it was intended. We go to AOL for certain things like the news and we don't want ADs all over the place.

    You demand one acknowledge and accept your TOS upon receipt of criticism about the lack of integrity in your games, particularly pinochle. All the while you ignore the criticism making no changes or expressing any level of understanding about the frustration one has to deal with when the computer bots overbid their hand, when the dealer doesn't distribute the meld to all players evenly or without discrimination, when the computer bots renege. You don't want anyone expressing their frustration at having to deal with this type of manure in your product. Why? Are you Vladimir Putin or something? Or have his complex?
    The meer mention of an issue be it within the chat in the game or any feedback results in you taking offense as opposed to responding, let alone seeking to resolve the issue adequately. Fix the issue and respond to the criticism!

13. Take down "State police locate missing person in Westbrook during suspicious vehicle investigation"

    This article was posted august 2022 and came from the Hartford Courant. In the last month, the Hartford Courant has taken it down/ "de indexed" the article from google. Spoke to AOL and they said that if the article was down from the main source that it should be taken down from here as well. Is this possible? Would greatly appreciate that.

15. My AOL Mail has been offline for days now. Can't get there on computer. Only phone.

    Rick Newman needs to get his head out of the clouds and quit reading and subscribing to any article that pops up on any of his so called "accurate" threads. He is grossly mistaken with "Here’s the good news in a troubling inflation report" .... He is sadly misinformed as much of the current administration is. Get off your butt, get out of your house, go talk and GOD forbid take notes of your conversations with the grass roots population ... READ; not the CEO's of Fortune 500 Companies. The average working person is struggling to pay their mortgage/rent not to mention any attempt to put aside something for a rainy day. and don't get me started on health care costs... Talk about shoddy journalism. I believe his salary has him knowing what he writes about.
