1. Fix the spam problem

   Why can't you manage to block emails from people we don't want to hear from? It started with moving unwanted emails to the Remove folder and then you came up with the sol called "filters" we could add to our account that gave you the specific email address we wanted block - that was a ridiculous failure. Time after time emails I had created a filter for showed up in my in-box. That wasn't a horrible problem because at that time I was only getting two or three spam emails a day.

   Now you're offering to "block senders". Just another lie. Either you have some of the dumbest IT staff people working for you, or just simply the laziest. I've designate fifty different sites I was blocked so they can't send emails to my box. Not only have virtually none of the designated senders been blocked but the volume of spam has multiplies to about 50 unwanted emails every single day. It is beyond ridiculous.

   FYI, frequently when I am asked for my email address and give my AOL email I get a wisecrack or snicker from the person who asked me. That's where your reputation is these days and the trend is still diving. I've been an AOL mail user for over 20 years, but there isn't anything better about you site at all.

4. Please bring the old AOL email format

   Please bring back the original (Prior) email format. You have recently changed the AOL email format and it is difficult to use and very confusing. The prior format was wonderful for "at a glance" checking emails. You have made format changes in the past and they were never a problem. Then new format is awful!! It is NOT easy to use.

10. Leave things alone! You just changed my layout format from my AOL account using Safari to your horrible, user unfriendly aol format.

    Horrible, new AOL layout! So user unfriendly! Keep the AOL format intact although even if you do, by then, I may have changed to G-mail after 20+ years with AOL. How dare AOL change this without warning and consultation. I am done with AOL! They will go under now, I'm pretty sure of that! Deservedly so!

18. I want my old format back. This qualifies for 'elder abuse' as not everyone wants change.
