  3. Paying AOL members with positive, benign responses and comments shouldn't be censored!

    AOL's new policy of censoring and blocking long time member's benign and positive comments is discrimination and against free speech! There are numerous members with the same issue.....

  7. The new Email layout is horrible. I can't see attachments and it's extremely difficult to navigate.

    Get a better email layout that's user friendly. The person with the most basic computer skills should be able to navigate the system. Too many ads that are not relevant.

  10. UPDATE AOL HOME PAGE AND CONTENT

    For the past 5 years AOL home page is just a repetition of news feed content which scrolls above. No use to even go to your lower pages for anything different in content. What's the POINT???? AOL is the Most BORING news media in the entire circuit. It feels like someone died and left a three year old in charge of what goes on your Home page. Even old people are not this BORING...!!!!! Find a New CEO and revitalize this site or just take it down. I will give you a year to get your sit in better shape…

    Your headlines are entirely liberal biased - many conservative voters use your services - if you are trying to represent yourselves as news media - take your bias out of your headlines - it's entirely inflammatory and I will be looking for a new platform because of it -

  12. Censors at AOL should be fired.

    AOL employs persons who monitor the political content of comments, and censor accordingly. I can write AOL, and complain. And I will. I want one example that indicates my comments are in violation of terms.

  18. Prevent invasive ADS from being placed in my AOL eMail inbox. These cannot be deleted and the ability to DELETE them is needed.

    Tighten your firewall, or stop placing or allowing ADS to be placed in my inbox. I have no problem with NOT using AOL eMail.
