5. Comments section on all news stories keeps disappearing

   Sometimes, when I click thumbs up or thumbs down, the comments section disappears and there is no "Comments" to open under the story. The comments also sometimes disappear when I try to open more comments, when I try to view someone's commenting history, or when I try to reply to a comment. The only way to get the comments back when any of these things happen is to open aol news and select the article again. After doing that, eventually the comments section disappears again when I perform a normal action. This is happening on all articles. Someone who does the programming for the comments section really screwed something up.

6. Bring back the AOL Chat Rooms

   I have been with AOL for many, many years. Needless to say, I know you got a lot of flack for shutting down AOL's chat rooms and removing the messengers so all it is, is a news and email server and nothing more. However, here is an idea to make AOL extremely profitable again.

   Restart the chat rooms the way it used to be, before it was closed down.

   However, you could do an "AOL Premium" as well. For the premium price, depending on the level people pay for, they could get certain perks.

   For the lowest monthly premium, they'd simply have the ads removed from the chat rooms. For the second tier they get the ads removed, plus a basic ability to make profile pages, nothing fancy, however.

   For the highest tier, they would get the ads removed, the ability to make much fancier pages, plus exclusive use of "gold rooms" where those who pay the highest tier would get access to both the regular chats and premium chats, plus fancier profiles and whatever other perks you would choose.

   In this way, you would ensure that people WOULD, in fact, pay for AOL and use the service again as an integrated system which people truly loved. You would be able to out-compete servers like Discord, and you would see people coming back to America On Line in droves.

   The reason people would be willing to pay for it is because they would WANT the extras like having profiles and having the ads removed from the chat rooms. I do hope you take this suggestion seriously. Because there are many gamers, like myself, who sorely miss using AOL's chats and Instant messenger services.

   I have been with AOL for many, many years. Needless to say, I know you got a lot of flack for shutting down AOL's chat rooms and removing the messengers so all it is, is a news and email server and nothing more. However, here is an idea to make AOL extremely profitable again.

11. Please bring back AOL classic Mail format

    Please bring back AOL classic Mail format; it was easier to read (it tab into new page), better in cleaning unwanted emails, plus much more. This new method is causing trouble in cleaning/clearing emails, not able to really read email ...seriously it goes off too much to the sides which is covered with commercial advertisements ...
    Years ago when new aol mail ideas were introduced the public were asked and given option to keep classic ... Truth be told I did tried new methods but like always something were always bad to worse that I had to re-down load back to the classic AOL ... This new AOL Email is the worse from prior tried ... I beg you to bring the classic one back ... Others have copied AOL Email format because we AOL love it ... so who is sabotaging the excellent format?

16. Fix Location on Home Page

    Fix the location on the AOL homepage as it keeps changing every few days from what I set as my location and others have this problem too. This happens on both my browsers (Edge and Chrome) so it must be an AOL technical problem. I have submitted this earlier and still not fixed.

18. Stop upgrading my aol mail. Restore me to the original GUI.

    Leave me be. No more helpful unrequested changes. Don't change anything. Don't leave change request where they can be blundered into. Always ask "Are you sure you want to change your AOL mail gui?"
