new December 2023 homepage is totally dysfunctional
This new homepage is so unbelievably dysfunctional and disorganized. The games and horoscopes are given a better design than the news. Please give us the real homepage back or give us the choice to be able to revert to the classic version.

bring back the old home welcome page
This new welcome page is obviously designed for teens, I don't need games on my welcome page, and the layout you have now is the absolute worst. I don't need so many pictures, I can read...I realize most kids today can't read, but they need to learn. Besides, the kids rarely use AOL....they prefer facebook and its ilk. At least give us the option to decide which style is best for us.....

Stop making us sign in even though we've checked "stay signed in"!!!!
I have called to complain several times and see no hope of you changing this STUPID new policy of always having to sign in after ever change of location -- even my home to my apartment! I can never check mail from a hotel or other public place because it's not secure to sign in! YOU GIVE ME NO RECOURSE BUT TO LEAVE AFTER 30 YEARS. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME LEAVE. Comments section on all news stories keeps disappearing
Sometimes, when I click thumbs up or thumbs down, the comments section disappears and there is no "Comments" to open under the story. The comments also sometimes disappear when I try to open more comments, when I try to view someone's commenting history, or when I try to reply to a comment. The only way to get the comments back when any of these things happen is to open aol news and select the article again. After doing that, eventually the comments section disappears again when I perform a normal action. This is happening on all articles. Someone who does…

Do an English grammar and overall language-usage test on ALL potential "writers".

The ACCEPTABLE, and proper way to express this thought is NOT to use the word "TO" with the word "connection". Those who use common sense, and have a decent grasp of how to combine words to convey an idea, will write: ".....in connection WITH....". The new welcome page is terrible
What is with this new welcome page where the headline story is just a picture and a headline,without any introduction....It is terrible, not to mention looks ridiculous. Bring back the old page, it was great the way it was. Don't fix something if it isn't broken. If it continues this way I will be dropping my subscription after some 30 years.

The old format was fine it didn't need improved. Also you omitted the many themes from the old format. I don't like the new themes. This upgrade isn't good, it's more like a downgrade. I might have to leave AOL after many decades. Please take action soon.

Stop misleading the Public with false local news topics
AOL says read local news. Great idea. Yet to read local news there is a catch- spend money on a subscription so a failing local newspaper . Why does AOL say there is local news but readers are unable to read the article? Monthly payment to AOL should be enough to read articles of importance. Do not support the scam to the newspaper .

new email format sucks!
I liked the email option of being able to group emails from same sender. Now I have to scroll through everything to find what I am looking for, and that takes too long. I don't have time to do this with my busy schedule. Don't know why you had to change it, the old way worked just fine! FIX IT!!!!!!!

Writing emails is now a figgin' mess
You've reduced the font sizes to maybe six and with each and every email I've got to AGAIN pick the font I want. Then I either have to click to delete whatever you call your line of font size, color etc or almost half of the screen is covered. Whomever came up with this nightmare should be fired!
