Use less liberal news and provide more conservative news.
Your news is awlful.. You only provide news that slams the conservative viewpoint and supports liberals. Its very biased. EX: when Trump was president-you provide all kind of negative press. Now that Biden is in there-noting about his negative blunders, things he does that are are anti american etc. If you do it for one presidnet-you should follow the course of news for the next? But I dont see anything? Very liberal news on AOL news and its not news-its making your own news according to your agenda...

changes still suck
give people who use AOL a choice between the former and the unbelieveable horrible new choice. Maybe some will stay and many go which is what you're planning. anyway. Hope the new crop of users will give you a hard time. cause the new opening page is a disaster.

RESTORE THE OLD FORMAT
Today the Quick access file was removed. Yesterday My folders in the Favorite section are gone. You did away with the Alphabetizing of my contact list and now I'm forced to scroll to find a contact. Addresses do not appear when selecting contact. Instead I get a name with a silly emoji preceding it. What am I? Some sort of child. Worse of all my secondary sign in account which was seldom used was completely erased. Years of photos and documents plus paid for programs are gone. It won't we long before I'll be gone. I was so very disappointed when AOL suddenly jumped to a new format. I have been an AOL user forever and I stick with it because of the way it works. I have a mandatory GMail account at work and I hate it. Please give the users the option of the old or new format. I hate this new look.

You are nothing but a bunch of cowards. Every post I make is "rejected". Once someone is on your list, they are blackballed. If you call Biden a senile old fool and blame him and his minions for our predicaments, you are not allowed to speak. text wrapping in browser
With the most recent update to the aol mail from aol.com (using a desktop), text does not wrap. This results in words being broken up between lines and makes reading emails received/sent difficult. Please fix this.

GO BACK TO THE OLD MAIL SYSTEM! THIS NEW ONE SUCKS!!!
return to the old format. this 'new' one is hard to navigate, old mail is hard to delete because it shows up somewhere else, sometimes in more than on place, useless ads in a banner that you cannot delete until the entire page is deleted, most of those ads are spam or scams and many of those products are from china anyway! if you give feed- back on those ads, they just either come right back or new useless ones come up and you could spend hours giving feedback and they never stop, yet, ads still come up in your…

Fix the new home page. During the scroll of daily news it jumps to unwanted messages and ads.
Daily news scroll jumps to unwanted messages and ads. User can"t control the news leads. Very annoying and may force me to look for a different service.
