Bring back clickable hyperlink within emails
AOL totally screwed up by eliminating the hyperlink feature in emails with the new version. Very annoying. Must copy & paste. Why was this done? Will it be fixed?

new format for email is unuseable, does not work
Todays ( 28th June 2023 ) new format for email is unusable, does not work. In Firefox, If you click on a message in the inbox, the message does not open, all that happens is that the same inbox opens in a new window. And you still cannot open or read the messages in that. Useless, untested, and of course AOL's UTTERLY HOPELESS SUPPORT applies, so no way of communicating or getting a result.

I see I'm not the only one who hates the new mail format, it's awful. I see dates, but not times. I haven't found the quick address list.
Bring back the old format. Did we have a choice? Please listen to your long time members and at least allow us to choose one or the other. If this keeps up, I guess gmail will be my next move.

let me drag a photo into the text as I could in the old format.
I often have a photo I need comment on. It speeds things up if I can just drag the photo into the text box so the recipient can see instantly what I am discussing.

When I search contacts show me which lists they are in like you did in the old format
I want to see not only the contact, but which list they are in.

KEEP THE OLD STYLE EMAIL ACCOUNT
Keep the OLD STYLE EMAIL THEMES. I don't like the new style, it has too many unnecessary selections I don't need. I went back to basic style and it's not the same. With the basic style I cannot select a different theme for each of my accounts. The basic style is just one theme and your are stuck with it. Why are giant corporations make changes that follow the norm, even when the entire population does not want to accept what the majority wants. ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL!!!!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD STYLE EMAIL ACCOUNT AND LET…

A choice to format our own page. Stop messing with the email pages. AOL, two major changes is not cool.
Give us a choice for formatting our own front page. Then if we don't switch to your "new format", you should be getting the message.

I really don't care about leaving messages and your editorial board. What I DO care about, though, is the mail. Return it to the way it was
You changed the mail WITHOUT asking your customers if they wanted the changes. Well, maybe we didn't want this "wonderful change". Why not? BECAUSE IT SUCKS!!!! I truly don't care about your editorial board, but, when something is working well, then leave it alone. This new email is horrendous. Go back to the way it was just this past weekend.

The site telling us what to watch on netflix is two years old so it is giving us false information and needs to be removed.
Proof read all articles that then flood us with adds while giving us false information and or showing misleading pictures to lure me in.

Go back to the old (far superior) email format
I thought maybe I was the one who was out of step .... but I see from below, that VERY MANY users are also unhappy with the new email format. I can't believe you could have done any "end-user" testing before it was launched or ordinary users would have explained to the techies (or was it AI ?!!!) that it wasn't in many respects, fit for purpose. VERY POOR effort AOL.

Stop Changing Setting Submitted by User
Fix the location on the AOL homepage as it keeps changing every few days from what I set as my location and others have this problem too.
