AOL Mail is slow/not responding in Windows Computer
Unable to delete & move email, also unable to send/receive email.
has a new Widows 10 computer, tried accessing email in Microsoft Edge & Chrome but unable to do any action.
Internet speed is 830 Mbps
Able to login and open an email on Chrome & Microsoft Edge but it's either very slow or not responding, then when the email comes up, we are able to open mail but will freeze & will no longer respond.
Also tried incognito browser, same issue
Email somehow works in basic version in Chrome & Microsoft Edge but very slow

Awful way to list the winners of Oscars.
Jordan Freiman, you should be banned from writing any future articles. The way that you jammed together all the Oscar nominees & winners in a bizarre and disorganized manner is atrocious and flat out STUPID. I cannot make heads or tails of who the winners were, given your running together all of the listings. Please, learn from this observation & criticism.

Please remove videos interrupting opening page news feed
The various videos interrupting the news feed are infuriating. One appears after the first four items from which you cannot go back or forward until the video decides to time out. Please stop this!

sorry-no idea--just a question(please)-I do not understand why the article on Sun Mar 10, 2024 @8:30a.m. about a young Black continuing his great grandfather's fight against racism in the South. He know that the books were going to be thrown at him for what he was fighting for, but he was going to continue the fight. Go back to the old mail system. If I have to learn something new I will use outlook like the rest of the world. I can't stand the new email.

Screen scammers thru feedback
The advertiser Nausil is selling American Silver Eagles at 19.99, well, silver is 24.03, so common sense tells you these are fakes. AOL needs a way to have fraudulent sites flagged and removed so unsuspecting folks are not ripped off, Definitely need better policing of these sort of sites, instead of simply collecting the advertising fees.

This new format SUCKS! When deleting mail, I have to move my mouse too much, the colors suck, too light. AOL member for 27 years.
Bring back what we had! Don't like the new format. Been an AOL customer for 27 years.
