  1. Fix the news feed that keeps changing presentation mode several times a day!

    Give one a place to change the settings if the screen format I do not like comes up. Prefer the previous iteration.

  2. The new version is TERRIBLE & doesn't sync with the app

    GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION or, at the least, offer more customization and the SAME options as the old one!

    WHY DID YOU REMOVE INSERTING PHOTOS in the web version? (oddly, you left it in the new Android app) Why doesn't the new app have font formatting?!

    Why don't the app and web version work together?? They have TOTALLY different formats, styles, looks, options, and THEY DON'T SYNC!

  3. Two important features are sorely missed in the new version of AOL, bring them back pls.

    I sorely miss the ability to open a second email while in the inbox. I often need to check back in a previous email which we could do before - we were able to "open as a separate" window. That was very convenient, used it all the time

    Second feature that is lacking that was important was being able to insert a photo between text vs. only attaching at the end. If one is sending multiple photos, one could explain each one but not they are all lumped together in attach.

    Please bring those 2 features BACK TO AOL. Thank…

  4. How about a fix for the broken email link?

    The envelope Icon link is brooken. When I click on the icon I am sent to a page that reads: Page not available
    The requested page is not available on Mail.

    Go to Inbox

    Then I have to click on the box to get to my inbox. Not very efficient or elegant. This needs to be fixed. Thank you

  7. Stop making my email yell at me,and return to the old format or give me a choice.

    The new format gives me a headache every time I try to read it. It actually hurts my eyes and there is no way to adjust it. Why would you do this?
