  2. Bring back the former format

    I accidentally clicked on the new mail format. I do NOT like it. Formerly I could insert photos and search my contacts. But not any more. I tried to go back to the earlier format, but it gave me something else.

  11. define if the computer enhancement packages really work. Recently AOL admitted that some type of computer check program didn't really work.

    Admit whether the paid-for computer checkup features really do protect modern computers. Not long ago AOL admitted that one of these worthless schemes didn't really work.

  20. When I went to respond to an article, AOL signed me out and went to a new page where all of my comments were deleted. I was using Chrome.

    Chrome needs to be fixed. All the other browsers worked.
