WHERE ARE THE COMMENTS?
WHY IS IT THAT THERE'S CONSTANTLY AN ISSUE WITH VIEWING COMMENTS? YOU SEND OUT EMAILS APPROVING THEM AND WHEN YOU CLICK ON "VIEW CONVERSATION," YOU'RE STARING AT A BLANK WHITE SCREEN AT THE END OF THE ARTICLE. WHEN YOU GO DIRECTLY TO THE ARTICLE AND SCROLL DOWN, CLICK ON VIEW COMMENTS...NOTHING. YOU CAN REFRESH, RESTART AOL, REBOOT THE SYSTEM AND STILL NO COMMENTS. BAD ENOUGH THAT AOL AND YAHOO'S AI CENSORS FLAG ALMOST EVERYTHING THESE DAYS, MAKING THE DECISION WHAT GETS SEEN AND WHAT DOESN'T...BUT TO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR IS UNACCEPTABLE. Correspondence to people who are rejected. And let them know why they are rejected. Not just a standard rejection notice.
I want to talk to someone to find out why I keep getting rejected from commenting. This is enough. I pay for this service and am being denied access. Call me, email me, text me why this is happening because the automated response is rediculous.

All of a sudden email links won't open in my browser. I have uninstalled the Aol app and changed browser from Firefox to Chrome
I can no longer get links to open in browser from AOL app when opening emails. This is very frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AOL app and changed default browser and even did a factory reset on my phone and nothing has fixed this issue. The AOL support team has not been able to solve this also. Please HELP!!

Stop the ads covering the content in articles
It is becoming too difficult to read any AOL articles. Too many ads cover the content, and you must read between the ads -- sometimes only a line or two between the ads.
