  2. redesign AOL mail webpage - when you delete a message blocks function keys

    When you delete a message, "Message deleted. Undo" blocks the top line of function keys - Keep as New, Move, Delete, Spam ... More, on Chrome Desktop browser trying 100% or 90% size font. Needs a redesign so this temporary pop up does not block the function keys.

  3. Stop the large ad at the very top of the homepage

    Every time you decide to put the large ad on the top of the homepage it shifts the whole page down. Then I click on an article in the news feed and come back to the homepage to find more stories and the page reloads to put the ad on top just as I am trying to click on another story. It is maddening. Stop putting ads on the top! It's bad enough that you have moving ads on the sides to distract as I read, I don't need this **** dropping the page down.

YOU SEND OUT EMAILS APPROVING THEM AND WHEN YOU CLICK ON "VIEW CONVERSATION," YOU'RE STARING AT A BLANK WHITE SCREEN AT THE END OF THE ARTICLE. WHEN YOU GO DIRECTLY TO THE ARTICLE AND SCROLL DOWN, CLICK ON VIEW COMMENTS...NOTHING. YOU CAN REFRESH, RESTART AOL, REBOOT THE SYSTEM AND STILL NO COMMENTS.   9. Correspondence to people who are rejected. And let them know why they are rejected. Not just a standard rejection notice.

    I want to talk to someone to find out why I keep getting rejected from commenting. This is enough. I pay for this service and am being denied access. Call me, email me, text me why this is happening because the automated response is rediculous.
