Re: AOL Games - Arkadium Bubble Shoot
When AOL Games is selected on my Windows PC and I select Arkadium Bubble Shooter the game opens and the chat section opens but the game portion is empty (blank). No "Play" button is available to start the game. I ran the problem through AOL trouble shooting but since the game is provided by a third party AOL can't fix it. AOL referred me here to request a fix in the next update. CAN ANYONE HELP?

Put a halt to Masque's arbitrary muting of players in the aol games chat.
The monitors of the Chat rooms in the games portion of AOL are going overboard with their censorship. In most cases, if you try hard enough, you can find something that offends someone in some way. You can't mute everything. The simple act of reporting someone because you lost an argument, and then having that person muted, or someone question your playing skills and reporting them because you had your feelings hurt, and then masque muting them, is beyond common sense. This is what your moderators said was against aol's guidelines: What stopped Trump from going under on all the evidence that was found was the Republican party holding his head above water and all the judges Trump put in place. Why am I STILL not able to comment?
For almost 2 years I have NOT been able to comment or reply. WHY!!? WHY? And STILL no answer or reply, from AOL. I've seen the ugliest, nastiest, biased posts and comments, but I can't speak!

You are accepting too much spam into my mail account & protecting some from being blocked.
In the last few months, aol has been allowing 100's of spam messages into my mail account. At first, almost all of these would be put directly into my spam folder, which is a minor nuisance but not serious, although I wonder why AOL continues to allow obvious Spam messages into your system. Lately, the spammers are coming up with clever ways to bypass your filters and come directly into my new mail. For some reason, AOL appears to by aiding these spammers by allowing them to use email addresses that I cannot block.

Eliminate the computer(s) from competing with BINGO players. These wins (sometimes 4 in a row) tend to run people off the game in disgust, including myself. I really enjoy the friends I meet but the AI is discouraging.

Make Feedback easier to access
I received an email that I'm sure is a scam, because it's not from any official sounding email address. I did NOT click on the link it contained. It indicates that on Mar. 5 my "old" version of my AOL mailbox will be closed if I don't update my account. I logged into AOL to verify that I needed to do something, and I don't. Stop, just stop it. Your whole fact checking/community standard policy is the worst kind of censorship. I NEVER use bad language, I use words like, Nazi, or fool, or other ACCEPTABLE definitions but, if you don't like it, you refuse to post it. Accept all valid email addresses
I have an email address with .eu as the domain. (I own bobnelson.eu.) AOL's email system simply ignores it. You have crazy "security" rules, with a ton of robot detection... and insanely rigorous password rules... but you simply trash some perfectly valid email addresses.
