4. Stop making us sign in even though we've checked "stay signed in"!!!!

   I have called to complain several times and see no hope of you changing this STUPID new policy of always having to sign in after ever change of location -- even my home to my apartment! I can never check mail from a hotel or other public place because it's not secure to sign in! YOU GIVE ME NO RECOURSE BUT TO LEAVE AFTER 30 YEARS. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME LEAVE. 5. Posting of the " News " on your mobile application site

   It looks like you have tons of MAGA voters on here complaining about AOL posting too much " liberal " news. I have been an AOL paying member for at least 20 years and still use AOL as my only email address. I for one am quite surprised that AOL would post so many stories that come from Fox News !! We all know Fox is nothing but an entertainment organization that does not post news, but makes up stuff to appeal to its super far right viewers. If a new organization had to already pay an 800 million dollar fine for losing the legal battle over all of the false election news it spread 4 years ago, why on earth would you carry any of their **** stories on here now ? The recent arrest of the fake FBI agent getting the GOP panties all riled up about Hunter Biden should prove that Jesse Watters and Sean Hannity have not changed one bit and neither has Fox News. Drop them.

6. Hire people who know how to write in a GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT MANNER.

   Jon Haworth and Kiara Alfonseca wrote "....in connection TO the death....." The correct way to have written this is "....in connection WITH to the death.....". For those who write in this manner, specifically using the word "connection", obviously don't understand the logic that an arrest cannot be, in any way, connected TO a death. "Connecting TO" something means that it is LITERALLY connected, as in a wire is connected TO a device. Therefore, an arrest is not, and cannot be connected TO a DEATH.

7. Bring back the AOL Chat Rooms

   I have been with AOL for many, many years. Needless to say, I know you got a lot of flack for shutting down AOL's chat rooms and removing the messengers so all it is, is a news and email server and nothing more. However, here is an idea to make AOL extremely profitable again.

   Restart the chat rooms the way it used to be, before it was closed down.

   However, you could do an "AOL Premium" as well. For the premium price, depending on the level people pay for, they could get certain perks.

   For the lowest monthly premium, they'd simply have the ads removed from the chat rooms. For the second tier they get the ads removed, plus a basic ability to make profile pages, nothing fancy, however.

   For the highest tier, they would get the ads removed, the ability to make much fancier pages, plus exclusive use of "gold rooms" where those who pay the highest tier would get access to both the regular chats and premium chats, plus fancier profiles and whatever other perks you would choose.

   In this way, you would ensure that people WOULD, in fact, pay for AOL and use the service again as an integrated system which people truly loved. You would be able to out-compete servers like Discord, and you would see people coming back to America On Line in droves.

   The reason people would be willing to pay for it is because they would WANT the extras like having profiles and having the ads removed from the chat rooms. I do hope you take this suggestion seriously. Because there are many gamers, like myself, who sorely miss using AOL's chats and Instant messenger services.

   I have been with AOL for many, many years. Needless to say, I know you got a lot of flack for shutting down AOL's chat rooms and removing the messengers so all it is, is a news and email server and nothing more. However, here is an idea to make AOL extremely profitable again.

    One nice feature about the "old" AOL home page was the summary market / finance information with link to individual portfolios. Now that is gone. Put the link to "My Portfolio" back in the Finance section of the AOL home page.

12. Twice today 2/29/24 I have posted verifiable facts that were a response to a comment and the moderator rejected the comments .

    Make the moderator justify a rejected comment with what the violation was specifically. My comments are truthful and I don't call others bad name like is very common.
