   Quit charging for paying users since the Welcome Page is coverered with paid ads. This is double dipping. Either paying customers or no ads. Discontinue the Auto play and auto scroll. I prefer to make my own choices.

5. Stop trying to charge to reset your password

   I am disabled. I need to reset my password of my 20 year old account. I can not read fast enough to copy the code from my phone to my computer nor from the emails. So there is no way I can access my account unless I pay! Horrible, you should be ashamed and I live in AMERICA I like people who can speak English clearly.

11. Restore stock market info to top of Finance page.

    Stock market info (DJIA, Nasdaq, S&P 500, Russell 2000, Russell 3000) is - despite AOL/Verizon corporate interests - still part of US economy. Many AOL users will find quotes with 20 minute lag adequate, but paid subscribers should have access to current quote information. Please restore this minimal amount of important info to top of Finance page. Today, this lack limits AOL value to me and many others. If I leave AOL to get stock market info I'm not looking at AOL ads or content. Is this AOL/Verizon objective?? I do hope not.

13. simpler way in inform you of card update.

    I have been trying to update my credit card, on my account, have spent 3 hrs. over 2 days. Been jumping though hoop after hoop. been with you for over 25 yrs., never had this problem in the past.

    Why is it allowed for Choice Hotels to advertise a 30% discount for buying points and when you follow the link the discount is only 25%. I hate bait and switch!!!

    One nice feature about the "old" AOL home page was the summary market / finance information with link to individual portfolios. Now that is gone. Put the link to "My Portfolio" back in the Finance section of the AOL home page.

17. Bring back the AOL Chat Rooms

    I have been with AOL for many, many years. Needless to say, I know you got a lot of flack for shutting down AOL's chat rooms and removing the messengers so all it is, is a news and email server and nothing more. However, here is an idea to make AOL extremely profitable again.

    Restart the chat rooms the way it used to be, before it was closed down.

    However, you could do an "AOL Premium" as well. For the premium price, depending on the level people pay for, they could get certain perks.

    For the lowest monthly premium, they'd simply have the ads removed from the chat rooms. For the second tier they get the ads removed, plus a basic ability to make profile pages, nothing fancy, however.

    For the highest tier, they would get the ads removed, the ability to make much fancier pages, plus exclusive use of "gold rooms" where those who pay the highest tier would get access to both the regular chats and premium chats, plus fancier profiles and whatever other perks you would choose.

    In this way, you would ensure that people WOULD, in fact, pay for AOL and use the service again as an integrated system which people truly loved. You would be able to out-compete servers like Discord, and you would see people coming back to America On Line in droves.

    The reason people would be willing to pay for it is because they would WANT the extras like having profiles and having the ads removed from the chat rooms. I do hope you take this suggestion seriously. Because there are many gamers, like myself, who sorely miss using AOL's chats and Instant messenger services.

    AOL is site I thought I could trust. However, I cannot trust a site that allows scammers to run articles about their fake products and then not allow anyone to comment on it. That tells me you are involved with these scammers. An example is the small, "amazing" air conditioner. I bought 2 and they were worthless. They didn't even cool at all. It worked by putting a few cubes of ice in a tray and this was supposed to cool for a long while, but not at all.
    How disappointing this is. i should at least be allowed to comment on this company's page.
