Joe, trying to enumerate the "stimulus help" in the obama era, FINALLY ADMITTED WHAT WE KNEW ALL ALONG! Most of the stimulus money they "gave" to the states went to state and union workers, which means that the dnc received some of that money back because of the union dues that go the the democrat party.
