AOL, you have destroyed everything that millions of your long-term users CHOSE YOU FOR!!!! WHY??? Do you think a more difficult, cumbersome, unwieldy platform/format is going to attract new users? Bring back the old format! If it isn't broken........
The new format is not better. Why change something that so many people enjoy using? At least give people a choice of which they want to use. Am I really supposed to have to change the color of my text for every email? Before I could choose a default color for all of my emails. Please reconsider this decision.

This is the 9th time I looked for COMMENTS! Where did COMMENTS go??
I tend to read comments at a articles end to understand better how folks feel about the article, topic and issues. It is a gauge and helps my understanding focus on the ideas and opinions of other readers. This is like the 9th - 10th time I click on Comments and nothing comes up. I use AOL because I am loyal - for some 20+ years now - but, truly, every time something changes - it is not necessarily for the better. Rather, one must re-learn and spend more time doing so. Leave things alone!!
