I am SICK TO DEATH of the vulgar, sexually explicit email that I am inundated with every day. I have tried blocking email addresses and using filters, but the **** continues. It all goes into my spam folder, but I have to review my spam folder daily because AOL still puts non-spam mail into my spam folder. I have complained about this before, but nothing changes. I prefer AOL to gmail, but if the **** continues, I will cancel my paid AOL subscription and exclusively use gmail.

I toggled off all of my marketing communications many months (maybe 1+ years) ago and continue to get AOL marketing emails - mostly regarding security and backup systems for purchase. Each time I get another, I go back into my preferences to make sure they're all still toggled off and they are. Please correct this issue. It's not a good look for AOL, as an email provider, when your own marketing preferences to prevent SPAM don't work. Thanks, in advance, for stopping these emails.

I will pay you to let me verify my identity and restore my old deactivated account! Please allow us to either reactivate or create new accounts with our old username/emails!
Create a process where we can verify activity, such as contacts, as well as providing ID, location, etc. Many people will pay to retrieve memories and access to other accounts. You can make money and win people back!!!

Please take those ads on the left side of the Login screen for CompuServe users OFF
I am an original CompuServe user and AOL promised us that the user interface will not be changed when they acquired CompuServe. Well, you did change it again a day or two ago. Annoying ads show up on the left side of the Login screen. I pay extra each month for Ad Free AOL, but the AOL technician told me that does not apply to ads appearing before we log in. Why do I need to upgrade to ios17 on my i-phone to get AOL on my i-pad when I am already on ios26?
When I go to upgrade on my i-pad to see if that's what you meant, I am told that my version 7 is up to date.
When I go to download AOL from the app store, it won't load.

After 30 years can’t use my AOL Mail.
Not all seniors on fixed incomes can afford new phones to be able to access our email. My email is no longer accessible on my phone with vital medical and other information because my phone can’t load your new app. As a 30 year AOL user this very frustrating and disappointing! You could have left the old app working for us and updated for new and richer users.

I do research and recently when account was restored I lost the function of my pictures in the account. It is years of research which is very important to a project which I assist the bureau with and I am graciously requesting this function to be restored to my AOL account as a customer since 2004.
