Editorial AI issue
It seems that whatever AI you are employing to screen comments has a problem in HOW it evaluates words. From what I've seen the software screens words by letter sequence, rather than by WHOLE WORD.
For example, I attempted to submit a comment that contained the word "analysis". My comment was rejected, presumably because your system scanned the word "analysis" and STOPPED after reading the first four letters, which spell out "*".
This is a serious flaw. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the word "analysis", since it in no way has anything to do with "*", at…3826th ranked -
Revise your posting guidelines
Your posting guidelines are arbitrary. As an example, I will show here a post I attempted to add to the comments section after an article on possible running mates for Donald Trump:
A simpler analysis:Kristi Noem: Who dat?
Tim Scott: One who would hurt the Democrats the most
Elise Stefanik: Too young and unknown
Sarah Huckabee Sanders: Don’t think she’d be interested
Byron Donalds: Also too unknown
Nikki Haley: Would appearl to women, but has been too vocal against Trump to be asked
Mike Pompeo: Interesting . . .
Vivek Ramaswamy: His deferential treatment of Trump makes him a…3826th ranked -

quit being so woke
floyd killer? that's a phrase from a headline in a story? weird, didn't even see a mention of the 17 kids that beat another kid to death, is that because it was 17 black kids against one white kid?

My account is hacked by a user named micv22 and AOL will not allow me to delete the compromised social media account.
This is an unacceptable breach of security. Why would the hacker prevent me from deleting a compromised account?
Please investigate the details relating to user micv22 while I report this to government authorities, and we can discuss this when you are available.
In any event, I want to delete this account and understand your rationale for allowing the hacker to determine AOL user security.

Please, as ocean insurgence continues to take int'l coasts, share journalism rooted in care for elderly. Plz stop disrespecting politicians.
I am saddened by America Online's decision to share such negative words, regarding former President Donald J. Trump. Why is it alright to smear someone and slander their legacy as a father, husband, grandfather, brother, and former President of a nation that is so despressed emotionally by all that we are trying to embrace as one humanity. Why must he open his eyes each morning, after just losing his beloved sister, to be made to feel so very badly by America Online. I am moved to tears by the injustice and shameful abuse that journalist are giving to our dear…

set up "WRAP TEXT" - this is about Email aol.com but cannot find that as a category here
Some emails cannot be read because they go out the right side of the screen and there is no way to go there using your system.
So, I recommend you set up "WRAP TEXT" making it so all text in any given email will wrap and be legible in it's entirety.3826th ranked -

my mail disappears. This is the 3rd time in 6 months it happened
The 1st 2x it happened I called & they had no idea why & restored EVERYTHING for more than 2 weeks. How can I trust them? They said 2 weeks but it was much much more than that. This time I just didn't bother to call. I'm sure they won't fix this. It's such a hassle to change emails but I'm looking into it.
