Just how many complaints does AOL require users to post on this Feedback Forum before someone in your IT Department decides it's worthy enough to do something about it? The only way you can currently circumvent your system is to click on your own posts and locate the article you responded to and click on that. Maybe, if you're lucky, it will open up another window where you can scroll down, hit "View Comments" and your post will appear (along with any likes, dislikes and/or replies. Nothing like leaving it up to your customers to figure out how to get…

Called the 800 number and the voice bot has a terrible hitch in its speaking voice.
Made it difficult to follow. Better check the system.

really annoying that the sidebar advertizing interupts typing in the body of an email. Using firefox.

Give tech support the tools to fix problems. All they do is say how sorry they are and they can't help,
EVERY Comment, Reply to a comment, and Appeal that I make is Rejected. Appeals are rejected INSTANTANEOUSLY, so obviously they are not considered at all. I have NOT used ANY offensive language.

Samsung Galaxy S25 phone - cannot sign on to AOL
AOL sign-on works from my laptop and my wife's phone but not the new Samsung Galaxy S25 phone that I have. Tried re-booting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling AOL app, cleared AOL app cache. Tried logging in using Google Chrome instead of the AOL app. Tried using mobile data vs. wi-fi. Nothing allows entry to AOL.

I no longer can access Comments to read or / or state my opinion. I also do not receive an up to date accounting of likes/dislikes.
It is evident that your 'Comments' options have been updated. Whereas the site was working well before and during the election it is now highly substandard and dysfunctional. I can no longer access 'Comments' nor am I receiving an accurate display of 'likes or dislikes'. Additionally, I no longer receive notification of all comments to my post. As stated above, it is obvious that you have restructured your comment option. Please know that it is NOT working with no access whatsoever to comments, period.

Fix the rejection issue that I am experiencing
All my posts are rejected, when I appeal, my appeals are denied. My posts are respectful, truthful, and verifiable with no curse words or misspelled words. When I reported the issue to you customer service via chat, they sent me to this feedback forum to fix the issue. It is very annoying and as a dues paying customer, if it is not addressed soon, I will stop paying for my AOL service. I can get bad service for free.

The news coverage about the ICE shooting in Minnesota today was inadequate.
The nurse in Minnesota was shot at least 10 times by two agents while he was on the ground and carrying a camera, not a gun. Videos clearly show he was no danger to anybody. Yet, surrounded by agents, and on the ground he was murdered, shot at least 10 times by two agents. It was an obvious murder, despite what Homeland Security. said. Yet your coverage states "The deItails surrounding the shooting weren’t immediately clear." But an objective look at the video leaves no doubt.about what happened.

What's with all the Woke stuff?
How about some balance? Enough with the 'Woke' articles - I suspect that about half of your customers are conservative and you owe them an equal platform - I've been on AOL for decades but I'm considering another email platform if you don't correct this
