  1. Don't run articles that are 4 years old, like Nikki Haley calling for deporting Raphael Warnock dated November 8, 2022.

Shame on you AOL. My idea is to not run stories that are 4 years old in an attempt to confuse readers with outdated news.

  3. Ever since the recent updates to AOL on iOS 26, AOL has been very laggy and slow.

Ever since the 2 recent AOL updates to ios26, AOL has been very slow and laggy. The second one helped a little but still not what it was before the update.

  5. AOL home screen goes INactive when typing a new email.

Why does my aol screen become non-active as I'm writing a new, or reply, email. Starts out fine, but 10-15 second in, the screen is no longer showing typing. Just like the screen is inactive. If I pick anywhere on the screen it is active again for another few seconds, then INactive again. Please advise.

  7. AOL rejected a direct quote by POTUS Trump four times. I tried to clean it up, & was still rejected.

I posted a direct one-sentence quote by POTUS Trump, and was rejected four times. Can you tweak your AI to allow direct quotes by President Trump.

  8. No local news

    "Local news not available now.

We have our best people on it and should have things up and running soon."

You have had your 'best people' on it for a week now and the issue is still unresolved, obviously your best aren't good enough!!!

  12. AOL all of a sudden needs a much much faster way to eliminate unwanted email. It is absolutely crippling compared to the way it was 2 weeks.

To remove an unwanted email should take ONLY ONE CLICK of the mouse like it was 2 weeks ago. This is absolutely crippling. I have had AOL for many, many years. Please put it back to the way it was 10=14 days ago.
Ronald C May, MD ronaldcmay@aol.com, 847-212-8738. Calling might be more efficient.
Thank You. I was able to click on the little blue dot to the left of all emails to make it go away INSTANTLY>
If you leave it like it is now you will loose MANY users. Please keep in touch with me. ronaldcmay@ aol.com.…

  15. You sent me a confusing pop up screen that I tried to get rid of and instead you are charging me for something I did not want

You put a pop up screen on my Emails and when I tried to get rid of it I end up getting charged for something I did not want. I do not want a charge on my credit card due to a pop up that you falsely sent to me to confuse me and charge me for something that I did not order.

Of course you make it so difficult to cancel the **** thing you must think you are so clever *******.

  18. Security Key

How do you insert a Security Key when you have not made it possible to create one for login/sign in purposeds. You instruct Click NEXT to Scan QR Code. When I click NEXT Firefox comes up asking to insert Security Key.

How bizarr is that? I have sent you, AOL, many messages all to no avail. Not even one response. It is all a complete waste of my time.

I now wish to leave 2 way verification.
