CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAIL. CAN'T RESET PASSWORD. WAS TOLD I HAVE TO BUY A PREMIUM ACCT FOR IT TO BE FIXED!!!
No longer have email access. Can't reset my password. No matter what I try, I always end up on the 'Uh Oh page' EVERY TIME - Called but NO help! Said in order to be fixed-I need to buy a premium account. (But that I don't have to keep it. --Suspicious & weird.) Is this a glitch or is this intentional to force your longtime users to pay.

getting bumped from the solitaire card game
usually or every now and then or quite frequently or every so often once in a great while or about or almost everyday or almost every evenings while and during when I'm playing solitaire the card game I'm getting bumped from my card game and I have to keep going to my AOL email apps and click on games and then go to the solitaire card game and play it and in the middle of when I'm playing solitaire I'm getting bumped from it every time or in the middle of my playing solitaire the card game of it.

Fix the Spam filter feedback option
AOL has marked several messages as "suspected spam" and has let them into my Inbox, where I mark them as "safe". However, those same senders again get marked as "we think this is spam", with the yellow banner. Please remove the warning banner once I mark a message/sender as "safe"!!!

I have been a paying AOL user for over 20 years. This week received an email from AOL requesting me to go on a link to see the new terms of conditions. Hackers have used systems like this to get into bank accounts etc. the mail did address me by my name but by my email address so I am concern and this is the only way I can contact you.
