3. Recovery of lost "Saved Email"

   I have been a subscriber of AOL since 1994. On October 30, 2025 I discovered that every "saved Email" on my master account "jjcshndrsn" and additional accounts, "buttnercreekhome", "hndrsn0221", "hndrsn0517", "deapilot", "usmc094418" and "gs13step10" was gone. I was shown no saved massage. AOL tech supporter "Roxy" was unable to recover anything. I am requesting support from any AOL technician to recover my missing "saved Email". James J. Henderson

4. aol calendar is redirecting to week and not on month

   AOL Calendar is not showing up on the Month page right away. It redirects to week everytime we open the AOL Calendar. Please create an option to setup the screen page to Month.

5. Spam

   Every day I get email in my spam folder from the same site, using different email accounts, but always from the same site (bronpat.rest, for example). Either don't deliver any email from that site (this is HUNDREDS I've had to delete) or let your filters work on the spam folder as well as my inbox. This is insane.

8. Problem with Comment LOG-IN...

   Once again, there's an issue with being able to have your account automatically be logged in to view and or post comments. When you scroll down and click on "View Comments," it won't show your account. You'll see the Bell Icon and "Log-In" feature. Yet, when you click on "log-in," it takes you back to the beginning of the article. And when you click on the "Bell Icon," you get a pop-up screen that offers a "Subscribe" buttom...but clicking on that does absolutely nothing; it takes you back to view the most recent three available comments. WHAT'S GOING ON AOL? WHY CAN'T YOU PEOPLE GET THESE FUNCTIONS TO OPERATE PROPERLY? For years, there wasn't a problem...NOW, there's constant issues.

11. AD Free on AOL App

    I have AOL Ad-Free Mail on my computer and I pay for it monthly. As of last week, the AOL APP keeps pushing me to buy ad free for my phone. After I delete an add, the pop-up keeps showing up and I do not want it or for it to pop-up all the time/every time I delete an add. I only want it on my computer because I pay for it monthly. Please make it stop on my phone I am not well and it's very annoying and it takes up too much of my time!
    Remove it from my phone! Stop pushing me to buy! I have it on my computer and that is enough!

13. Your Marketing Preferences page doesn't work

    I already have all my preferences set to Off in https://marketingpreferences.aol.com/ for years. But I still receive marketing emails from AOL, like the monthly "Important Benefit Notification Regarding your AOL Plan" and today AOL and Norton 360. I don't have Norton 360, the email is purely marketing. Many times I've clicked "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of these emails, and my preferences are already all set to Off. So your Marketing Preferences web page doesn't work correctly. Please fix. I'm not going to bend over backwards and create an email filter. You just need to fix your preferences so they're not sent to me in the first place. Thank you.

18. I can't seem to comment on articles anymore, no matter how anodyne my comment. Have I been banned or restricted in some way?

    This is about my inability to make comments. Have I been banned or restricted in some way? It seems no matter how normal or commonplace the comment is, it will not publish and tells me to "retry".
