Fix the Tech Support System
I just spent the last three hours trying to get tech support for my email, with zero satisfaction. I called in twice, each time waiting in a long queue for a level 1 CSR, each time, I was then transferred to another queue for tech support, and after 30 to 40 minutes in that queue, my call was dumped.

Stop Racist Reporting
Stop being racist and insinuating racism in your news stories - Example AOL headline stated "Black real estate agent, clients handcuffed outside of Michigan home" - this had nothing to do with the color of anyone's skin. If it were a white real estate agent, AOL wouldn't had the story headline say "White real estate agent..."

Amazon Ads
Tell us how we can block Amazon ads from appearing on our mobile phones. I get ads all the time on my phone which do not appear on AOL on my computer. If they were on the computer, could block all. But I get more unwanted ads from Amazon than any other source. Many each day. I have to spend to much time deleting them. My wife is an Amazon Prime member, but the ads do not make us order any more items. Amazon ads are a pain. I keep giving AOL feedback that they are no relavant,because repetitive is…

AOL needs to highlight language it deems "offensive" before rejecting a comment for not meeting guidelines. Your system is too restrictive.
After having yet again written a comment to offer a point of view on a topic, my comment was rejected. It contained no foul language, and was not aggressive in tone or wording, yet you filtered it straight to the garbage bin. I tried to single out one part that I thought maybe was a problem (to your system at least, not a normal person) after having got a first warning, but it did not continue to provide a warning after I made a change. Your system would be infinitely more worthwhile to put effort into if it would highlight…

Screen your advertisers. I was ripped off by an ad that appeared on AOL'S front page. So disgusting.
DO NOT order from Gucsy!! AOL does not screen their advertisers and this company does not deliver. Gucsy also goes by different names and will never deliver what you order.

We need customer relations to resolve posting issues.
Your customers deserve to be heard by a real person, not this forum! If you actually value your customers, you will do something to resolve posting issues you seem to have. We deserve to be heard and not just post to a non-person forum! We are being told a one-time posting was inappropriate and was blocked TOO many times! How do we know when, if ever, we can post again? Your rules are unclear and INAPPROPRIATE!
