  5. Having difficulty accessing all apps on the email page (ie new mail, deleted files, spam etc). Refesh continues to run at this time.

    Provide immediate feedback when I enter the email options. confirm reciept.

  6. Fix your links on the Manage Subscriptions page so we can actually click them - Specifically the change plan link.

    Please fix the links on your Manage Subscriptions page. The links on the right hand side of the page under Useful Links are not useful...they don't even work. I have been trying to change my plan, but I can't because it keeps sending me in a loop. Customer service wants me to call, but it would be so much easier and less time-consuming for all of us if you would just fix the links. Thanks

    I keep getting "We can’t sign you in right now. Please try again in a while". This is a regularly reoccurring problem that needs to be addressed by the dream team that created it.

  8. Emails seen as read issue

    New emails is being tag as read and go straight to old mail instead of new mail and cannot send group or "CC" email to other contacts.

  12. Why do you have a box to check that says stay verified when you are required to have a verification needed everytime i go to log on? Seems .

  16. Notify your account holders when site and App are down for hours with nothing functioning

    If we are not informed we can spend hours going in circles deleting account and app and reinstalling changing passwords with endless security codes to no avail. A nightmare

  19. How can we get tech support? Really has become impossible

    I have been trying to access my emails all day. I have called several numbers. Either no answer, or hold on and nothing happens. I just waisted my day accomplishing nothing. How do we get help if your are not responsive

  20. Put up numbers so people can call & talk to someone.

    I called the first time, got an answer & then no one spoke back. I called again & got I am sorry, but the number you have dialed have restrictions. I called one more time and i finally got through. I was told my waiting time to talk to someone was less than 5 minutes and next thing I know I got hung up on. Your numbers that you leave for people to call do not work. Try fixing the issue by leaving the right numbers for people to call to talk to someone.
