  1. Mobile App NOT WORKING FOR ME, CAN"T LOG IN

    Dear Technical Service Professional

    I am unable to log in to my aol.com account via my cell phone using the mobile App. I get to the log in screen and after I put in the password, I see a circling circle, it keeps circling. An hour later it is still circling it does not log in.

    All of my other apps and programs on the phone work. NOT AOL. I cannot log into AOL using the app.

    I went to my mobile carrier, Verizon, they said it was an AOL issue.

  3. stop censorship

    Yesterday and Today I cannot post ANYTHING, including these individual sentences on news comments:
    "It is dawn"
    "This is a screen shot to show AOL and Yahoo board members about their censorship"
    "It is dark"
    I called something akin to premium support and she willingly or unwittingly lied to me about sending a confirmation email, so could not verify me.

  5. Help with my signature

    I called AOL on August 21 and spoke to someone for an hour. My problem is that the signature that I created a couple years ago has not been showing up as that created signature since Aug 15.
    THe problem was not resolved. Today I called again and spoke to someone who wanted me to provide this feed back.

  7. Stop rejecting comments

    I've made the same comment on AOL for weeks and it is suddenly rejected. Why? AOL is being extremely judgmental in their rejections, especially with no explanation as to why.

  9. I have exhausted the maximum number of filters to get junk email out of my inbox. Please increase the amount of filters allowed.

    Allow more filters to accommodate the vast volume of junk floating around.

  10. STOP MESSING WITH EMAIL- and what's the point of this if it's just to complain if you don't bother fixing it?????

    I sign into my email and can't tell the old from the new because the new used to be darker and thicker in font- not it's all the same. Why did you mess with everything and make it worse?

  15. Important emails that were flagged/starred keep randomly disappearing by itself.

    Please fix this bug/issue as it has Severity 1 outcome. Important (flagged/starred) emails keep disappearing by itself (without being put in Trash folder if deleted by accident). This happens on both mine and my wife's accounts. You can find older dated emails in the Trash folder which means that Trash folder wasn't emptied. This could be due to possible issue with nightly backup/restore daemon!?
