    AOL news is the most mundane news company around.
    Why some of your stories are published is a mystery and the non-news items are mind boggling. Why is it news that Sully isn't using Twitter? Who cares what famous people use Twitter or Meta, or are watching CNN?

    When navigating to an option, instead of giving all the directions, have a link that will take you to the option. For example, if you want to go to a particular option, have that option operate as a link. The dashboard of AOL menu looks like the dashboard of a 747! It is too busy and frustrating. Now, if I paid for a subscription I bet I would find options easier.

  19. Why do you know my new password is similar? are you storing password in plain text?

    The fact that AOL is telling me my new password is similar to the old password, it means AOL does not store hashed password, and it keep data in plain text within it's database, allowing those with access to use these password if a dirty hand reach the...
