6. Address book groups and categories are not working for AOL Desktop Gold or AOL BETA

   PLEASE get your engineers to correct the problems with aol desktop gold and aol beta and aol mail.. I've made np changes to my computer, but for the last 3 or 4 days, my address book will not update. I can't add or delete contacts, and all of my groups have been mixed up, with entries ending up in the wrong groups. I use aol regularly to notify my church family of events and prayer requests, and need this fixed. I've already called twice, and tech support has sent me to three different 'levels' of support and finally said they'ed have to notify the engineers. So far, aol has tried several routes, including using bomgar, but no luck. Thank you.

16. AOL seems to eliminate a comment section for its favored subjects. Obama is one of them. He should be preaching to his Democrat Socialist

    AOL should not deny access to comments especially when it deals with this Administration. Obama is hardly anyone to lecture the GOP . In fact he should be directing his comments to his Democrat Socialist /Communist minions for they in fact encouraged hate speech and violence against anyone with conservative ideas; Rand Paul was attacked and severely injured and nothing was said by the Dems who have encouraged violence by pushing their constituency to get in the face of Republican Congressman and Senators; by inciting and encouraging the riots of the summer of 2020 and using Antifa and BLM to do so, both groups being a violence oriented radicals. Let him preach to them and let him explain how he embraces Socialism and lives in a 14 million dollar mansion and has made millions since he left office: did he offer to share it with Illegals or open his home on Martha's Vineyard to house them. I think not. Its about spending our money and not his own and its about having the illegals clean his house but not live in his neighborhood.
