  1. How can I speak to an AOL representative?

    According to my records, our monthly AOL fee is being paid via a direct charge to my bank account and to my American Express. Please have some respond to me to resolve this issue.

    This screen name is once again experiencing total censorship by AOL. AOL did this to another screen name for over twenty years. AOL always blames the user when the user is not at fault. AOL refuses to fix this.....as usual.

  10. Stop being so overtly biased in your "NEWS" feeds.

    It make you look ridiculous! Instead, try to actually investigate stories, rather than just republishing the same story form another news outlet with a different tagline. It makes anything in your feed untrustworthy and makes AOL as a whole, look ridiculous. I am seriously thinking about deleting my email and going private simply because of this.

  11. Why can't you fix the oversized "world Class " poker game, so that it is not larger than the computer screen

    On my computer: the game "World Class porker is larger than the perimeter of the computer screen!!!! This is very Frustrating ! Please look into this issue. I have tried all of my resources,, but none of them have worked. Please fix this issue! this is very Frustrating

  14. Give valid ad control to users

    After 25 years with AOL, I'm ready to dump it. My email page has constant jumping ads on the right--for women's clothes! (I'll let you know if I become a cross-dresser). This is maddening and illogical. And the problem remains, even though I select "NO" on the ad choice pages.

  16. i am overjoyed that AOL was sold off. Verizon knew they were worse than dreck. The new buyer will certainly cleanse this firm with firings.

    AOL is a worthless site and I am throwing a party to celebrate that
    AOL was sold off. I knew Verizon was going to dump them. AOL is
    pure trash and a vile outfit.
    Hope the company is depleted of many of its workers. Dreck AOL
    is going down. Great move on Verizon's part.

  19. You need to background check advertisers in mail

    When I view my list of emails, advertisers appear on the right of the screen. I made the mistake of trusting Foggylove.com. I trusted them because they showed up through AOL and placed an order. They took over $700. out of my checking account.
