  1. Improve reliability! I get daily "site can't be reached" "error occurred loading messages" error occurred sending" "error occurred moving ..

    error occurred moving..sending etc. I was with Compuserve before Aol bought them out and I have thus a 24 year history with you. If not for the hundreds that have my AOL email I would have gone to Gmail a month ago. Fix your problems or face a loss of many members.

    For 2 weeks I was in the hospital. I get back and I can't get my email from AOL. You have me blocked because of my password, which I don't remember. Back when you were AOL, and ONLY AOL, we didn't have to worry about signing on, or being prohibited from doing so. Some day, maybe in the next century, you'll get it right.
