  1. upon opening AOL there are enable featured stories which progress automatically. Under each are arrows to advance or go backward.

    Upon opening AOL your featured stories, which change automatically, have arrows under each which your consumer used to be able to use to return to the previous story or to advance to the next story.
    In our house we have two computers and these arrows no longer work on either computer. Please allow these arrows to function.

  14. Printing of emails.

    i can only print emails after they were sent or received. aol should change the email software to allow printing of draft documents or email still being witten. i shouldn't have to send an email to myself in order to allow printing of the document.
