  2. advertizing is too much. The constant flashing and loading of ads is distracting forcing me to only read mail on aol.

    the constant changing of ads makes it impossible to read any of the articles plus the constant flashing is proven to cause seizures. ads, lasting longer and not totally foreign goods (MOSTLY CHINA) is not useful since the complaints about the quality of the items for sale has proven to be poor.

  3. How can I access my email account w/o seeing those viscious pro-Trump ads?

    Repugnant/ divisive pro-Trump ads appear EVERY time I try to sign onto my email account. I find it repellent in all regards.

  5. Be fair

    Please don't listen to these requests about anti-rhetoric. Trump is a proponent of conspiracy theories and the public should be made aware of what a clear and present danger he is to the USA and the world. I have never denigrated a sitting president before, but the current one defies all odds. So far, I've only encountered right wing news to be acceptable.

  7. Racism

    That is part and parcel of the human nature like greed, stealing, lying, enveying, and many other treats that we demonstrate. If it wasn't the black people, than it would be the hispanics, and if not them than it would be the jews and if not them than the poor white or the eastern Europeans. In a village of less than 100 people you will find gossip and falsehood split in groups and can and does escalate into violence. We simply are Chimpanzees, that's all.

  15. 3rd Party Mail Apps

    I have received a notice that I will no longer be able to use my Apple Mail on my desktop to check AOL. This is unacceptable, but because I am checking emails for my parents, I am unable to remove their accounts. Your junk filtering is horrible & their inboxes end up with 100-200 message of which only about 10-20 are legitimate. I continually have to mark messages as junk but they keep coming back. Also, I need to be able to keep all mail in one app because of the number of accounts that I have. Splitting them up…

  16. Ad on Sign In Screen

    In a follow up to my earlier complaint today about the AOL Sign In screen showing an ad for "Democrat Corruption Survey", I also submitted a formal complaint about this with your technician, Joyce, case#: 14975698. As I stated before, the ad is not even written in correct English, so my suspicion is that it is a Russian ad. Neither foreign nor domestic efforts to interfere with our election can be tolerated. YOU MUST TAKE THAT AD DOWN.

    Whenever I go to AOL (top of home page) the news pics seems to be at number 40 or 50... and it takes so long to click on each left < arrow to get back to the beginning. How about a button to quickly and easily go to the #1 news story?
