Fix the "comment" snafus...
Why did you change the way customers can view "likes" and "replies" to their comments? Originally, for years, all you had to do was click on the Bell icon and highlighted notification...then it would not only take you to the article, your comment would automatically appear on the screen, along with the capability of reading any replies to same. Now, when you click on those highlighted "likes" and/or "replies," it will take you to the article -- but that's it. In order to get to your reply, you have to scroll down and click on "see comments." Then you're original post will appear, but only a small frame. Was it necessary to cause customers to take these extra steps? Was this deliberate or is AOL's IT and programming gurus incapable to repairing the system? I've read many complaints on this Feedback forum where people don't realize, or haven't discovered, that they can circumvent this issue with the extra steps mentioned above. There was nothing wrong with the old program; kindly put it back in place.

To think this feedback submission is ranked 11,296, should be an indication to AOL that there are a plethora of people who are dissatisfied with portions of your existing software. Being ranked so low, who knows if -- or when -- a Tech will even read my suggestion (let alone, act on it). Because some competitors offer their services for free, why isn't AOL chomping at the bit to keep their paying customers happy?
