Can't read replies...
Just how many complaints does AOL require users to post on this Feedback Forum before someone in your IT Department decides it's worthy enough to do something about it? The only way you can currently circumvent your system is to click on your own posts and locate the article you responded to and click on that. Maybe, if you're lucky, it will open up another window where you can scroll down, hit "View Comments" and your post will appear (along with any likes, dislikes and/or replies. Nothing like leaving it up to your customers to figure out how to get to a screen that was once easily available to view. Repair it, it's long overdue.
