Why am I now getting ads in my inbox which I CANNOT DELETE!!!! This is spam and belongs in the spam folder; however, they are set up in a way which they stay iPERMANENTLY n the inbox and I assume the same would apply to the spam folder. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

You must remove ads inserted in the list of emails in the the inbox. This new practice is HORRIBLE. Whose misguided idea was this? Even paid AOL users have to put up with this? You will lose all your customers unless you discontinue these ads. The inbox email list should contain ONLY emails.

I AGREE COMPLETELY. AOL just started doing this. IT IS AWFUL. I tried to remove the ads but there is no way to do this. I also will switch to another email provider if AOL retains this intrusive, offensive, and ineffective practice.

Ads to the right of my list of emails play out of the blue, when nothing had been playing for the prior 30 minutes or so with the email open. I was away from my desk and my coworkers were like "all of a sudden we heard this ad coming from your computer while you weren't here". They were a little annoyed. There should be a way to mute the ads without having to mute the whole computer.

I don't want these ads showing up in the middle of my emails list. Get rid of them now or I cancel my PAID subscription

I understand ads. They are annoying, but I understand them. In NO WAY should there be an ad within the list of my emails. That is not acceptable. Having the skinny ad at the top is one thing. Stop this practice now.

What's with more ads? Like we don't have enough everywhere! Now you're putting them in between my incoming messages. You're not the most user friendly email group out there. Now, you're giving me more reason to pull my stock and quit this product

If your going to insert random ads in my emails with no way to delete them, hoping I'll open them deliberately or by mistake, you failed. I will actively ignore them. It will be a pain in the butt but I have other email accounts and can shift from AOL to their mail feeds. Please reconsider this advertising ploy and get rid of it.

Before a list of emails there is an Ad line. Now there is a second Ad line that I want to block. Did I do something to warrant this undesired feature or is AOL just trying to make more money by adding unwanted features?

If so, each deserve a hefty bonus for a job well done. Now, AOL inserts ads in the middle of an inbox with no means of deleteing it. I've got one word of advice to readers - Gmail!
