  1. transparency as to why comments are blocked

    I have been blocked from posting any comments for over 6 months without a reason as to why, how long it lasts or how to correct it. I have had recent posts blocked that were agreeing with the persons comments, a simple yes or no.

  3. Get rid of the story "NEXT" or "SLIDESHOW" links.

    The headlines are great, but now I copy them go to Google and look the story up there with the whole story there not broken up for advertising or what ever

  10. Bias against Asian Community in Posts

    AOL, you have posted an article this morning (11/28) saying 'two cases of Omicron variant found in Australia' and inappropriately posted a picture of an Asian mom and son. Suggesting the two infected are of Asian decent. I am calling the author out on his/her inexcusable misuse of imagery that further pushes the narrative that China and Chinese people are to blame for every covid-related issue.     I had a horrible experience. I have been kicked off my email, and your customer service system isn't working. I know you have high call volume, and I had to wait about an hour each time I called tonight. But worse, when I was referred to a higher level of technical assistance, each time I was put on hold for that, eventually I got a message asking if I wanted to participate in a survey, and then disconnected.   13. Need to go from a folder back to the SENT file..

    WE are not able to organize e mails according to who they were sent to..and are not able to move a folder back to the SENT FOLDER so we can see who sent the e mails.

    This won't last. It's all about money. When the tourist dollars are 50% of what they used to be, things will change. Only 50% of europeans are fully vaccinated. This is just more pressure from government to control us and force vaccinations.

  17. Screen your advertisers. I was ripped off by an ad that appeared on AOL'S front page. So disgusting.

    STOP advertising with "Surprise Shopping (and all the other companies under their umbrella). I ordered an item for $60 and got a $3 item in its place. No refund just a bunch of bull. They are so unethical and I'm sure AOL is aware.

  18. Allow users to comment t on all news articles.

    It seems like AOL is steering customers away from leaving comments on articles where a lot of objections to left wing policies are expected. Not very long ago I could leave a comment on every article on AOL. Now I can't. I am a conservative voter, and it seems like all the articles I disagree with cannot be commented on. I doubt this is just a coincidence.
