  7. Please return the mail format to the way it was before you started putting the, supposed, last name first in the message header. I

    Last name first is ok sometime but changing the sender’s name order is a useless change. Why did you even bother?
    If you look at many of the sender’s names now they look foolish.

  9. Worst Customer Service that I've entered encountered.

    I've been an AOL customer for 25 years and have always had an excellent experience with their help and support. Well, until yesterday, that is. I called in for a very simple billing issue (needed to change the credit card that my account billed to each month) and reached Jessie in Customer Service. She was absolutely horrible - rude, unhelpful and incompetent. It was some of the worst customer service that I've ever encountered. She was not able to help me with this simple task and it was very apparent that she had no idea what she was doing. I…
