Exactly-You can improve by leaving it alone
After scrolling down and seeing all the other comments I realized I'm not alone. I also can see you don't pay attention to the suggestions, The changes you make are not an improvement, just something we have to get used to. It's so annoying I also am thinking of leaving even though I've had this email forever. What's the point of the ugly big initials that pop up next to email addresses. Bring back the original email page, it was easy to use. Old saying is true, if it ain't broke....you need to follow that and quit making stupid changes.

Why should we have to pay for what has been free for YEARS??? Tech support is snotty and wants us to pay for help-
I call for help- they tell me I have to pay for something that's been free since day one- over 30 years (a guess) --- tech support says pay or no help- .

Improve by returning to the old format
After you return to the old (useable) format, stop erasing my emails and forcing me to change passwords. I will not purchase another service/device from AOL until you return to the old format or its equivalent. You will not grow as a company. You may not even retain your old customers unless you return to the old useable format.

Go back to the old mail system. If I have to learn something new I will use outlook like the rest of the world. I can't stand the new email.

Please revert to the previous home page format. New format is bad for low vision.
Your new Home Page format has too many type sizes and I can't find anything. Also how do I delete the "Games" section for which I have no use? The whole thing is bad for people with low vision.
