1. About rejecting my comment.

   I responded to an article about Americans souring to Trump's handling of the virus with the following comment, 'I think the authors of this article don't have a clue what it means to be a journalist, be fair, honest or intelligent. This article is a partisan joke !' It was neither vulgar or hateful. I strongly disagreed with the authors. I have been a member of aol for about 25 years and have never had any of my comments rejected because someone might be offended. I find your bias offensive and an overreach to say the least ! This is not ok, not by a long shot. I voice my opinions intelligently and respectfully and have never had a comment rejected. What have you become? Your rejection was sent to me at 3:21 this afternoon. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

   Your current #4 News story Headline exclaims " U.S. To Send More Federal Troops to 3 U.S. Cities". Could AOL please tell us what branch or branches will be deployed? Are they Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force, or Coast Guard?? Maybe they are boy scouts or girl scouts ! The article from Reuters (very anti-American source by the way) tells us they are "agents". But as usual, the biased headlines capture ones attention, even if the story is not read in its entirety...thus leaving a totally false information on the viewer. 3. Freedom of speech

   My comments are being consistently rejected. This morning I made a comment about the Native Americans and it was rejected. I feel my rights have been blatantly violated and my lawyer is looking into this..I am a paying customer and have been since the inception of your company. 4. Make all comments on articles be on "Private Mode," unless YOU want it otherwise. And stop filling my email with comments!

   Comments should be on "Private Mode" automatically, unless you decide to change it. I can NOT find where I can make my private anywhere. I see others have it, so I do I do it? And my email is just out of control with you automatically putting off these comments in it. Please STOP. Thanks!

   I have also noticed that almost all of the articles for which there is no commentary allowed are anti-Trump and pro-Biden administration. This is another form of censorship as practiced by so many Left-wing blogs and news services. Even if there are profane nuts and bigots using AOL, we are mostly grownups and can handle it. We do not want to handle censorship by the people who seems to be making your editorial decisions.

11. The realistic Teddy Lucky Dog is a scam. Check You Tube. Stop scams on AOL! I pay for AOL.

    As AOL paying customer, I find it unacceptable to find Scam advertisements to AOL customers. Do some serious investigating into the realistic Teddy Lucky scam and it is rampant on Amazon, is on Walmart site and Etsy. This is big. Many sellers and various sites.

15. 25 yr AOL member has 3 suggestions for your aol app.

    Ive been a aol member for 30 yrs and like your app but have a couple isdues with it.
    1. Why do you prevent the screen being rotated? I've got my phone settings to allow for automatic rotation yet your app blocks it for some reason and when watching videos it does not allow it either using your app. Please consider changing this...

    1. Similar to the above, your app does not allow for me to zoom in or out by using pinch fingers or some such method that is common in Android devices. Please consider changing this as well.

    2. The last thing and probably the most important is lately when using your app it has been getting hung quite a bit. So much so that I might have to quit using it until you get it corrected cuz it does no good to open the app and sign in only to have the screen freeze minutes later. I really hope this is something y'all can correct cuz I do like your app when it's behaving like it should.

    Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) is calling on his Senate counterparts to convict former President Donald Trump as the impeachment trial begins.

    “Convicting Donald Trump is necessary to save America from going further down a sad, dangerous road,” Kinzinger, one of 10 Republicans who crossed party lines to vote in favor of impeachment during the House proceedings, wrote in The Washington Post on Monday.

    Kinzinger slammed the former president for “four-plus years of anger, outrage and outright lies,” but said the most dangerous lie was his constant claim that the election was stolen.

    “Of course it wasn’t,” Kinzinger wrote, “but a huge number of Republican leaders encouraged the belief that it was. Every time that lie was repeated, the riots of Jan. 6 became more likely.”

    Kinzinger also said impeachment was “a chance to say enough is enough,” and warned that not convicting Trump could have repercussions in the years ahead:

    “After all, the situation could get much, much worse — with more violence and more division that cannot be overcome. The further down this road we go, the closer we come to the end of America as we know it.”

18. Problem with comment section

    Change your Conversation Section so it will be more usable. I no longer get an email when people respond to my comments. I tried to change the email address but unable to do it, it won't permit me to do that. Tried to respond using the drop down menu at the top of the comment page sometimes it brings me to my comment and someone's response sometimes it does not.
