  4. 3rd Party Mail Apps

    I have received a notice that I will no longer be able to use my Apple Mail on my desktop to check AOL. This is unacceptable, but because I am checking emails for my parents, I am unable to remove their accounts. Your junk filtering is horrible & their inboxes end up with 100-200 message of which only about 10-20 are legitimate. I continually have to mark messages as junk but they keep coming back. Also, I need to be able to keep all mail in one app because of the number of accounts that I have. Splitting them up…

  6. How about a button to go to the #1 News Story

    Whenever I go to AOL (top of home page) the news pics seems to be at number 40 or 50... and it takes so long to click on each left < arrow to get back to the beginning. How about a button to quickly and easily go to the #1 news story?

  9. Fix your "comments" section that follows each news story. It's erratic.

    Your comments/conversation section never seems to work right. Today, for instance, I'm unable to comment as a guest. Never anymore, does the notification indicator appear. I cannot read responses to my comments without first leaving the page then coming back to it. The same applies when I click on the little response icon - it won't show that I have responses unless I first leave the page. Sometimes, I can't read them at all, as I get redirected to some page that just reads "unsecure....."

  18. One used to be able to click on "News" and it would open a menu of subcategories such as US News, World News, Politics, Sports, and Science.

    Put the News menu back like it was. It was much easier to get to the news I was interested in.

    Some more BS (fake) news from AOL! There are MORE studies out there that unequivocally support THAT drugs use. They were done BEFORE Trump came out in support. I've read the new study, and it's scientifically sound! And that's not all, a group of physicians and surgeons expressed their NEED for easier access to Hydroxychloroquine, because they know it works. YOU pundits are beyond hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
