this new format is absolute trash! why did you do this? Ever hear the saying "if ain't broke, don't fix it" Can't copy & paste images now
get rid of the drop down to select or apply. bring back copy and paste images into email. bring back the old format. this is awful. make email sorting options better

bring back the old home welcome page
This new welcome page is obviously designed for teens, I don't need games on my welcome page, and the layout you have now is the absolute worst. I don't need so many pictures, I can read...I realize most kids today can't read, but they need to learn. Besides, the kids rarely use AOL....they prefer facebook and its ilk. At least give us the option to decide which style is best for us.....

Leave things alone! You just changed my layout format from my AOL account using Safari to your horrible, user unfriendly aol format.
So sad that it looks like I must change to g-mail after Aol suddenly changed my format which is beyond user friendly,

Sync mainframe with customer's AOL information
I changed my payment information in December 2023, I received a paper bill (1/16/24) stating that my old billing information was not working.I checked my account on my computer and the new information displayed. I called customer service and the old billing information was on AOL file. I was told that AOL mainframe did not have the change, Maybe your mainframe/servers need to be restarted. This is ridiculous !! AOL needs to pay attention. Maybe Quality Control?

Cruisers blocked from accessing email in ports-maybe we need pin or Pass key
Cruisers- If your phone carrier does not provide phone service abroad, you cannot get phone access code to check AOL mail. Maybe we should have option to use instead pin or Pass Key. Most of cruisers cannot afford phone service and rely on free WIFI in ports. AOL does not care if we miss important messages and come home to find our loved one already buried. Lack of compassion and civility from AOL is abhorent.

I don't know why you discontinued the game The Book of Treasures just when a lot of people were really getting into it. so I want to to know if it is available for purchase or download . Pleas give the interested people a place or website to refer to.

Format Options
We would really like to go back to the OLD AOL , is there a format option that can allow users to choose which format they would like. It is too difficult for your older demographic to use , they would enjoy a simpler version.

Why is Aol and Yahoo, blocking me from making a comment. this is what keeps coming up. time after time. Someone fix it

E mail format
The new format is , simply, terrible. No search feature, clumsy, hard to use and easy to make errors when using. Sometimes change for the sake of change isn't a good idea, and here it just isn't. I have resisted g mail, but now.....

Go back to the previous format. Looking back over the previous feedback comments I think this is the general consensus. It is too busy.
This new format is terrible. Too busy, not easy to navigate. Why mess with a format that has worked for years. Give us back the previous format ASAP.

dont like new aol version
I dont like the updated version of aol and would like to change it back. Nothing to do with mail! The big pictures on homepage are toooooo big and have no explanations under the article!
